-(As appropriate for region and crop) Support Trait Introgression and Delivery aligned with businessneeds across late stages; identify and prioritize materials to be converted.- (As appropriate for the region) May provide governance of promotion of new candidates into officialregistration trials; monitor and update performance of candidates through official trialing and registration ensuring products remain aligned with business objectives; visit and evaluate official trials as appropriate.- Implementation of the Product Selection process for target market(s) as a member of the Product Selection Team.- (As appropriate for the region and crop) Support Line Purity (LP) and Line Maintenace (LM) to ensurelate stage products meet the LP / LM Code of Practice- Drive Seeds Product Development engagement with the commercial business.- Support delivery of competitive germplasm across the stage plan by working closely with BreedingProject Leads (BPL) - Determine fit-for-purpose trialing geographies and locations that are aligned to target markets.- Help to establish and refine TPPs as appropriate with key Commercial and Technical experts.- Own the creation and distribution of Variety / Hybrid Product Profiles to Commercial.
