1. Manage and govern the full system development process and turnover to Production, release and Change Management Process and ensure work quality.2. Develop and maintain a project management infrastructure to support the project.3. Establish and manage the project governance process and project management methodology.4. Coordinate the overall team resource requirements and utilization.5. Develop, maintain, and manage to the detailed project plan.6. Conduct and participate in project meetings as needed to maintain project cohesiveness and direction.7. Collect status from teams; create and distribute project status reports.8. Communicate project status, risk, and escalated issues to Project Sponsor and Project Steering Committee.9. Serve as an escalation point for project issues and change requests.10. Manage project risk by the development of a risk management plan and oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.11. Manage project change requests including the identification, documentation and processing of changes to project scope. Assess impact of change on project, and provide recommendations.12. Manage the communication with Project Sponsor and Project Steering Committee.13. Monitor and escalate cross project impacts.14. Conduct project checkpoint evaluations at strategic points in project lifecycle to assess project status, risk, and quality.15.
