 Providing Production Support and solving end-user problems in SD transactions. Solved L2 tickets logged by sap assist, Production support Analyzing the incident tickets and providing permanent solutions. Support includes solving the service requests raised by the end user. Working on sales incentive workbench, customer rebate work bench and billback agreement. Creating test data and test cases in HP ALM. Working on Final settlement calculation run, UOM config issue in customer rebate workbench. Working on both composite and transactional agreement workbench. Expertise in Vistex IP configuration specialized in Vistex Customer Rebates, Sales Incentives and Bill back management including design & configuring IP types, Claims, Pricing Agreements, Accrual and settlement profiles, composite IP, calculation runs etc. Hands on Experience on SAP Vistex and its integration with SAP R/3. Responsible for supporting SAP-Vistex Solution for sales commissions & rebates Responsible for delivering SAP-Vistex solution used for calculation of sales commissions and Rebates.  Hands on experience in configuration –IP documents, pricing procedures, agreements, accrual & settlement profiles, assignments, calculation run types, mapping, calculation-component & subcomponent formulas.

Working as a team member of OTSC team and was a part of support project Providing Production Support and solving end-user problems in SD transactions. Solved L1 tickets logged by sap assist, Production support  Analyzing the problem to provide solutions to the user generated error and incidents. Analyzing the incident tickets and providing permanent solutions. Involved in knowledge transfer sessions from our senior consultants. Interacting with end users (if required) for more information through net meeting/ phones/mails for resolving of tickets based on severity levels. Client interaction, understanding requirement and working on the same. Coordinated with the onsite team for proactive support /process improvements. Contact the client for authorizations & access requests/issues. Managing and solving the routine tickets as per the client’s requirements. Effectively communicate status, metrics and issues on a regular basis. Analyzing the issues in the sources for the problem reported by the users. Raise CR and give necessary information to development team to fix the bug. Coordinating with various interface systems on resolving their issues. Monitor & resolve all the P1/P2 tickets in our queue.
