Indonesia National ID System e-KTPThis second largest Biometric program in the world will ensure every Indonesian above the age 17 gets a unique identity card eliminating any fraud using biometric de-duplication. The population size for this program is 176 Million for 2015 and will then grow with nation’s natural population growth rate. -Responsible for architects, designing, solution's & implementing of system and service management tools-Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in design, architect IT solutions, leading implementation.-Excellent leadership skill, problem solving, analytical, coordination and communication skill.-Estimation, design and development of various modules, Bug fixing and maintenance of the product.-Mentoring junior members in the team coordinating with other teams working on the same project.-Co-coordinating with the QA team for fixing bugs and quality checks.-Ensuring on time and smooth delivery of the project.-Leading the technical team.

- Develop software according to functional and technical design specifications and maintain a “common sense” approach that serves to recognize potential design gaps and provide insight into closing them.- Create efficient, scalable, reusable middle tier logic using any of ASP.NET, VB.NET, XML, C# and other languages as needed.- Create and design databases, views, stored procedures, SQL statements and user-Defined functions of varying complexity with a “best practices” approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server 2008.- Manage IIS and SQL Server 2008 with regards to administration and performance tuning.- Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures; Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and/or anomalies.- Detail unit testing of code.- Troubleshoot client problems both remotely and onsite.- Research and identify cause of reported defects and issues.- Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
