• Receive, review and process customer Orders in SAP/CRM (ERP) within the prescribed SLA-Ensure prompt and accurate filings & documentation.• Ensuring POs (purchase orders) are booked as per Agilent policy with 100% quality.• Responsible to enter change order, credit and rebilling & returns via SAP CRM in accordance with Agilent policies and processes. • Engaging with customers & counterparts (Review Meetings) daily via telephone and email to respond on their queries regarding orders.• Coordinate with different teams – like PL managers for product details, Tax team to check customer taxable or tax-exempt status & CMD team to setup customer in SAP Assist Sales Support and Customer Service Manager with all tasks when required. • Deliver on the job training to new hires & conduct their ramp up plan.• Work on stringent deadlines and extended hours during month/quarter/year ends• Handle generic outlook email and ensures response and action performed within Turnaround Time (TAT)

• To take complete ownership of the projects allotted to DMS business unit.• To manage and support all team leaders working on various data management projects. • To participate in client requirement analysis calls and assist in designing customized solutions as per client requirements.
