• Developing and implementing a timeline for the team of Ground Operations Managers with the purpose of reaching a common goal.• Executing complex operations and solving problems persistently and at lightning speed.• Monitoring and evaluating regularly the performance of field operations managers against KPIs. . • Building strong rapport with property owners through proactive and on-going communication; keeping the owner informed of brand initiatives and guest experiences.• Regular update and follow-up with the team about the new projects and effective implementations of new initiatives.• Motivating and providing training to the team whenever necessary.

Manage day-to-day operations of various OYO hotels in a cluster and ensure great Guest Experience for anyone staying in the hotels. Drive profitability through streamlined operations, boosting demand through local channels, ancillary sources of revenue and seamless guest experience. Check regular stock levels & order supplies as needed.Ensure all OYO Operational Procedures are followed strictly & promote these. Plan for emergency situations & dealing these with minimal cost impact- Water, Electricity, Staff Shortage, Laundry Unavailability & Shifting. Responsibility of the business performance of each hotel and act as a point of contact between all hotel owners and OYO.
