• New Product design & development in Vehicle engineering/Vehicle Integration for Utility vehicle Project like Bolero passenger models which involves design & development of BIW, Front end packaging, Power window, Air conditioning/heater system, Wiper system, Exterior & Interior trim, Power steering. NVH packages etc. • Various design improvements & VAVE in Armada passenger range of vehicles.• Prepare Product design improvement Project plans, Budget approval, Implement &Monitor. Release Engineering change through PLM/PDM.• Interact/Coordinate with other functions like Prototype, Reliability testing, Part Development & Certification, Manufacturing, Service, Warranty cell with Cross Functional Team approach to implement Product improvements.• Lead/Provide guidance & support to Plant/team members, Supplier development, participation in Design reviews in New Projects with APQP approach.

• Design & Development Projects of New 2 wheeler vehicle with layout & all detail components.• Preparation of detail part drawing & release for manufacturing.• Support activities like Planning, Proto type & BOM preparation, Releasing DMN.
