My progressive track record of 30+ years of transformational leadership in setting up businesses/ organisations/ processes/ Profit Centre Operations from scratch, and setting up Cross Functional collaborations & government relations framework to ensure effectiveness of a venture/ process, has made me a doer and go getter. Some of my core non-quantifiable capabilities are verbal and written expressions backed by sound knowledge of management, government functions and hierarchy, and ability to get things done ethically.With a systems approach towards managing processes and functions, coupled with ability to multi task, good understanding of operational and systemic aspects for providing complete solutions, I have been able to create new opportunities and win wins in organisations that I have lead and served.Few highlights of my achievements, in reverse chronological order, are as under:~ Established the processes of Security and Vigilance in newly incorporated Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) which is spread over an area of 50,000 square Kms, from scratch. The effort included liaison, coordination and collaborations with administration and police at district and state level, as also the incorporation of technology in security functions, tendering for various services, and recruitment of suitable officials.~ Established SKS Security Agency and successfully completed security contracts with strategically sensitive PSUs like BPCL, NFL and Container Corporation of India. Very close coordination and liaison with ADG ( Law & Order) of UP for PASARA licence. Achieved a turnover of Rs 3.5 Crores.~ Co founded Darakht LIfestyle Pvt Ltd , New Delhi, an exclusive Wooden furniture and Lifestyle product brand with a showroom spread over 4000 Sq Ft in Delhi, and online e commerce platform.~ Brand name 'Darakht' registered. ~Spearheaded Business Development of 70 branches as Regional Head of Muthoot Group in Delhi.~As Joint Director( Training) at Air HQ, New Delhi, coordinated complete training including syllabus, administration and conduct of the training for IAS/IPS/IFS probationers in all three services.~ Coordinated the training of officers of Army Navy and Air Force in eminent institutions like National Defence College, Defence Services Staff College, War Colleges three services, and College of Defence Management.~ Credited for raising a new military station as First Station Commander.~ Raised ECHS polyclinic to cover Ex servicemen in a district.~ Qualified pilot.
