An experienced Customer Success professional, I lead the Customer Success team at MediShout, a fast-growing SaaS technology startup in the Healthcare sector. My journey at MediShout has seen me join as permanent employee number four, growing and helping to build up the company to have multinational customers and internationalisation. I am part of the senior management team and own and deliver the team's implementation strategy, ensuring execution of customer journey touchpoints, including onboarding, business reviews, retention, upsells and other opportunities.I have successfully developed and managed relationships with existing and new clients, including hospitals and equipment suppliers, working closely with the C-suite and senior executives. I have also launched multiple projects with organizations of more than 15,000 employees, using excellent project management and prioritisation skills. I am passionate about coaching and empowering my team to be successful in their roles, and I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and alignment.
