 The main work focus area was to increase the customer base for B2B segment and retaining existing customers.  Introduced the concept of franchising and worked towards managing and developing the set-up.  Was a significant part of the launch team of this company and helped in setting up the first company store.  Formulated a branding strategy for these stores.  When the company was in an expansion mode, met clients and converted them into significant business partners.  Created new and better defined process for support and sales for key clients.

 Was given responsibility of managing business development for South India.  Generating potential leads and converting them to clients for B2C.  Direct contact with potential customers and selling them the business plan.  Branding and marketing of the products in South India. Extensive travelling involved, ensuring proper functioning of the store.

 Conducted field trials and convinced farmers to turn towards organic farming.  Played a key part in the execution of the sales strategy.  Travelled extensively to different states to promote business and built a good distribution team.
