I have been in the profession of lending for last 14 years (which comprises of Sales experience for 4 years and Credit experience of 10 years) pertaining to capital market clients where major product we dealt was Promoter Funding, Broker Funding, LAS and then NBFC funding. Proven abilities to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients assessing the financial and structuring the deal as per customer needs. An effective communicator with good relationship management skills, Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities are some of the skills gained.In 2022, I shifted my focus to Debt Syndication (Institutional coverage) where I can support my client as per his needs and requirements. This was the first time that I was on the lead role of sourcing the client from the market and placing the client to appropriate lender. I started networking in my group and managed to create a good networking within 6 months of joining and crack the first deal by raising funds for the Fintech co.
