Working on new contract strategies – Budgets – costing, Value Engineering.• Coordination with consultants and cross functional teams.• Pre-Tender / Post-Tender contract administration. Floating of tenders / RFP’s, maintaining track of enquiries floated and offers received.• Preparation of techno commercial comparative statement, negotiations. Assist Clients in finalizing tender bids and contracts. Issuing LOI and WO.• Monitoring the scope of contract, if any deviation needed ensure the change order management. Assessment of Deviated / Extra Item Rate Analysis. • Implement processes and systems for efficient Administration of contracts. Monitoring, certification and processing vendors bills. Assessment of delay analysis and Issuing of Extension of Time (EOT).• Budgeting, monitoring of cost and preparation of cost reports.• Ensure that the contract is managed in such a way that claims are minimized. Analyze and settle compensation claims with minimum financial impact to clients.• Ensuring smooth closure of contracts including final bill, reconciliation of free issue material, handover documentation, virtual completion, Bank guarantees / performance guarantees etc.
