To ensure processing of various types of mixes of as per production plan already decided.• Maintaining Quality Records in respect of Production, quality control, plant & machinery maintenance.• Monitoring of plant activity and Execution.• To ensure that floor activity scheduling of plant – men, machine and material.• To ensure suitable product mix and process sequence planning & execution.• Ensure required quantity & quality of raw material, packing materials, received for production and reporting.• Ensure proper CIP, COP, OPC cleaning for various process equipment, pipelines, bends, valves etc.• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of raw milk reception area, ice cream mix processing area and packing areas of Ice cream, deep freeze room.• To ensure routine plant & machinery maintenance with help of maintenance team.• Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) in the plant.• Ensuring a standard hygienic quality of ice cream before and after packing as per Company’s standard Recipes and SOP’s meeting FSSAI Standards by fulfilling Legal Metrology ACT.• Ensure that the plant area, plant equipment are kept neat and clean.• Execution and achieving production as per plan.• To get optimum productivity within specified quality by effective utilization of available resources.• To ensure proper segregation of RM, PM and hygiene in production hall.• To check malfunction in machine and report to maintenance department.• Reduce the losses in RM, PM, SFG.• Maintain documentation of production activity.• Effective utilization of man power and ensure Training and development of Manpower• Responsible for all activities occurred in the respective shifts.

● Follow production planning given by Production Manager. ● Observe the workers during work and moniter their performance. ● Achieve the target production with right quality and right efficiency. ● Manpower management. ● Working in SAP. ● Train workers on machine handling, personal hygiene practices, cleaning and sanitizing, (CIP) cleaning in place and documentation. ● Performing and optimizing daily yield analysis of products.● Overall in charge of all manufacturing/production activities (CIP/Process/Production) in the respective shifts. ● Allocate work to operators and production assistants in respective shift.● Maintain communication (handing and taking over) with previous Shift Executive about what is going on in the section by the means of documenting.● Co-ordinate with maintenance department in case of any machinery break down and coordinate with other service dept. e.g. Utilities for ensuring the supply of water/steam/electricity etc.

1. Product Manufacture ● Generate and issue instructions to factory shop floor and facilitate execution of production instructions by allocating appropriate resources. ● Cascade and execute production plans and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for optimum production performance (manpower, material and machine) and production attainment. ● Plan, coordinate and follow-up maintenance activities viz. routine, periodic maintenance and CIP / shutdown activities. ● Control cost of production by efficient management of available resources as per standards and safeguarding quality and safety of people and products. 2. Compliance ● Ensure product and process compliance and adherence to regulatory compliance by issuing instructions and reviewing / monitoring relevant KPIs. ● Ensure work place safety and effective communication of Safety, Health and Environment to all team members. 3. Data management / Systems ● Measure, analyse and control line performance and labour variance by using available systems / tools. ● Measure, analyse and control material usage variance (raw / pack materials and energy) by using available system / tools. ● Working in Core ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).4. Continuous Improvement ● Review process failures and execute continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities, accessing proposals and implementation. ● Coordinate with other departments for production related activities viz. trials, new product development and technical projects.● Prepare related information and wherever necessary participate in standard audits (HACCP, ISO, GMP etc.). ● Closely monitering the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
