Manage complete warehouse operations (CFA) for key pharma customers. Over 1200 inward and outward transactions of 1500 SKU's managed per week through a team of over 60 employees.Ensure all service level parameters are met. Parameters such as On time dispatch, On time GRN, Stock Accuracy, Order fill rate, Picking accuracy & Complaint management.Monthly review with branch managers to enhance operation and service efficiency.Responsible for controlling overall cost of warehouse operations, SLA trends, P&L of the account and represent to General Manager / CEO in monthly review meets.Escalation contact for all vendors and Account / Branch Managers.

Manage deployment of vehicles for sales order by ensuring a stable and predictable network using over 170 owned commercial heavy vehicles along with an additional vendor base of over 100.Recorded highest utilisation of trucks by maintaining average run of 8000 Kms per truck.Revenue of close to 40 Cr generated in a year by optimum utilisation of these trucks.Responsible for 150 fleets operations.Over 100 tons cargo on an average (Combination of dry and refrigerated) managed daily for leading customer like Agarwal movers, MARS, Ferrero, Allana, Amul, DFIL, Mother dairy, DIL, Cipla, Pfizer and Sun Pharma by maintaining highest customer satisfaction and efficiency of fleet. Responsible for P&L of the fleets.Ensure statutory compliance of all owned vehicle and driver recruitment, engagement and welfare.Ensure team manages vehicle expenses as per agreed budget.Escalation contact for all Vendors and Account Managers.Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with Management & Directors.

Manage entire operations for the vertical in the region. Over 300 ‘premium’ consignments managed on an average per week through a team of over 30 employees for leading customers like Siemens, WHO, Novartis, Pfizer and Reliance.Manage central warehouse of 10,000 square feet primarily meant for captive consumption of consumables. Over 50 SKUs managed. Customer operations of J&J also in the warehouse managed.Procurement of consumables and market capacity like space from airlines, vehicles, etc managed.Escalation contact for all vendors and Account Managers.

Manage operations for the region through panel of vendors.Lead India gateway operations at Mumbai for biological samples, investigational products and bulk freight primarily related to healthcare. Activities included pre arrival clearance, BOE and final delivery for imports. For exports, activities included getting NOC from ADC, keeping record for ICMR, airline booking and Customs.Assist global offices and Sales in quoting with relevant information for RFIs & RFQs.

Proactively check for any potential or actual service failures, and contact the customer to advise and agree a resolution that will achieve customer satisfaction, maintain and enhance their loyalty to TNT. Liaise with other functions such as Sales, Operations, Clearance, Service Excellence, Finance, General Management, etc to determine impact on the customer needs. Follow all new customers’ consignments and premium consignments, to confirm proof of delivery or apply the service recovery policy. Provide data logger, POD, BOE, DRS and other documents to customers when requested for.

Plan, execute and monitor operation activities at Mumbai which included labelling of shipments as per destination, examination of clinical trial shipments, flight scheduling and preparing documents for Customs.Manage packaging of temperature control packaging (2 to 8, 15 to 25, ambient, frozen and liquid nitrogen).

Performed routine pickups & deliveries. Handled basic operations activities in terms of sorting & bagging of the shipments as per courier guide.Monitored data entry of the shipments.
