Development and implementation of fundamental understanding of ePTFE processing technology. Development and exchange of ePTFE understanding/concepts across divisional platforms within the enterprise.

* Developed piezoresistive conductive polymer nanocomposites sensors for structural health monitoring and smart packaging application with improved mechanical and electrical properties.* Study of thermal, mechanical, and interfacial properties of PHBV/PBAT polymer blends.* Conducted research experiments and study on natural fibers/polymer composites (NSF funded).* Synthesis of LDH nanoclays and synthesis of nanocomposites by in-situ polymerization.* Electro-spinning for biomedical application. * Departmental trainer for ARES Rheometer, DMA, DSC, TGA, MTS, Instron, and polymer processing equipments. Mentored TAMS students to conduct research in materials science.
