Guided portfolio managers, program managers and product managers in managing Infrastructure demands using an Agile Playbook. Led Agile transformation through organizational change, and establishment of Agile Center of Excellence (CoE). Developed training capabilities for Scrum and Kanban. Defined /optimized IT stage-gate process and drove adoption of the stage-gate process by conducting multiple training sessions (275+ resources), and facilitating (>250) gate reviews. Managed Testing CoE team of 30+ QA Analysts in application testing. Achieved (80%) reduction in testing costs through automated testing, (30%) reduction in user-acceptance testing, and (30%-35%) savings due to re-use of existing test cases.

Built and promoted a quality oriented culture, through teamwork, communications, and training. Defined strategy, developed, and executed plans to successfully achieve CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2000 certification. Demonstrated that CMMI Level 3 & ISO9000 improved defect containment (>85%), test coverage (>95%) and on time delivery accuracy within (15% - 20%), and reduced average defects per KLOC from 20.7 to 11.5.
