I am the Head of Product Management at MBB Labs, the innovation development center of Maybank, one of the largest banking groups in Southeast Asia. With over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, I have a strong background in data science, oracle database, and non-functional requirements (NFR), such as performance, security, and usability.My mission is to create value for Maybank and its customers by leveraging data and technology to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and generate insights for decision making. As the leader of a team of data scientists and engineers, I have successfully developed and deployed multiple Shiny-based analytics applications, which earned me the Best Executive Award in Maybank Group Technology in 2019. I also have an MTech degree in Data Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani, one of the top engineering institutes in India, to further enhance my skills and knowledge to complement my current role.
