•Acquisition and Management of high value SME/MSME account relationships for Digital Payments • To present digital solutions like payment gateways , APIs, trade online,UPI technologies , SAAS banking services to CXO level executives.• Dealing with companies from different industries like E-Commerce, Fintech , Food Tech , Heathcare, Automotive, IT and taking care of their banking and digital Payment needs. • Complete life cycle management of the customer (acquisition, on-boarding, portfolio, activation and attrition management).• To Provide Cash Management Solutions like Digital Payments , Isurepay ,E-Collection , Payment Wallets to customer for Payments and Collection.• Dealing in various Trade Finance products like LC, BG, Foreign Remittances, Export/Import Bills, Forex in various currency related transactions.• Conducting due diligence on customer & transaction to cater various AML and regulatory requirements related to transactions.

• Responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan covering positioning, events, internal communications and alliances.• Market analysis and production of monthly reports on automotive sector• Mapping key competitors in the space and carrying out competition analysis.• End to end handling of SEG’s first ever Auto Expo- Delhi Auto Expo Components- 2018, maintaining close relationship with industry bodies such as CII, ACMA, SIAM.• Responsible for handling key accounts in Aftermarket Sales for all the SEG products.• Support the development and execution of newsletters, business updates, special announcements and other communications.
