I am Shailja Gupta, a passionate educator , academic trainer and career booster with over 25 years of expertise in competitive chemistry for Medical and Engineering aspirants. I am serving as senior Chemistry faculty for more than 10 years at Aakash (AESL) delhi centres( Janakpuri, South Ex and Pusa Road). I had an experience of coaching and mentoring 7000+ students of all type of batches for NEET /JEE chemistry and produced 1500+ selections in top medical and engineering colleges including under 100 ranks in NEET/JEE from my batches. As a master trainer, I have had the opportunity to train and mentor more than 300 fresh faculties to become leaders in their career and to meet the challenging teaching standards. As subject expert I interviewed over 600 candidates during the recruitment process. My teaching style is known for engaging students through my organized content delivery, and effective doubt-solving capabilities, which has earned me popularity among students from diverse batches. I loved the experience of contributing in developing Aakash top academic products like NEET challenger app, MCAPS, video lectures ,study packages NCERT maps,AIATS and others.Before joining Aakash, I have successfully run my own coaching institute for competitive coaching and also served as visiting faculty in renowned institutes at Bathinda and Sonipat.I am committed to make teaching interesting and easy to learn for my students using innovative approaches and I feel rewarded by the positive impact I have on their lives. I strongly believe that the learning is a continuous process.
