At Vagaro, I contributed to the development of critical systems that enhanced the company’s merchant services and customer engagement. My responsibilities included leading full-stack development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in automation and API development. Key projects and contributions include:1. Merchant Reports • Led the development of 7-8 key merchant reports, such as Sales Summary and Appointment Transaction. • Contributed to the development of 44 user-friendly reports for Vagaro’s clients, leveraging .NET Core 3.1 (C#) and ReactJS to build intuitive, data-driven solutions that improved merchant decision-making.2. Notification API • Spearheaded the complete overhaul of Vagaro’s Notification API, supporting Push, Email, SMS, and In-App notifications. • Enhanced customer engagement with advanced features such as emoji, image, and link integration, providing enriched messaging capabilities for third-party US applications. • Used .NET Core 6.0 (C#) to build a highly scalable and robust notification service.3. Import Automation • Developed an automation service using .NET 6.0 (C#) to facilitate smooth migration of merchants from competitor platforms to Vagaro. • Automated the conversion of critical data such as customer details, transactions, packages, and gift certificates, drastically reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy for merchants.
