• Job Description: _ Get involved with the full air and sea customs clearance cycle._Negotiate rates with agents and truckers_Follow up with agent with all statements and sending quotations and updates . _ follow up with the cnee with latest update ._ Responsible for export and import shipments. (Answering incoming inquiries, submitting offers, send & follow status, follow up with customs broker , register files oracle, follow any pending notes & files)._ Apply order acceptance rule for each operation {approved quotation / valid buying rate / any instruction from customer)._ Offering client's Professional logistic service with a high level of customer service at a competitive rate. _ Solving problems that may occur during work and return with solutions to director and client._ Filling in computer and normal filling with a way to help the colleagues to trace details in case of absence._ Follow up the shipper and cnee with latest update from A to Z for the shipment and deliver shipping documents_ Organizing with other departments regarding documentation and entries on export using the Oracle system._ Control opening and closing files on time and claim profitability from agents._ Supervised all the accounts within the department _ Teach constantly exsiting and new members _ collaborate with sales department _ review all files with profit and follow up_ send monthly visits reports to clients and our head office in Denmark
