-Preparing and evaluates HVAC systems by designing and conducting research programs.-Preparing the required essential drawings for HVAC systems for projects.Coordinating with the structural, electrical and architectural designers in the stage of designs and drawings about the form of issuing drawings, fonts, data, and revising dimensions to identify the building from architectural, structural and electromechanical sides.Processing all required design calculation sheets in consideration with project needs and applied codes and standards.Calculating and forming the BOQ of the mechanical works .

Technical Office Engineer at mechanical department (Plumbing– Fire Fighting & Tank– HVAC) of the services and special buildings sector such as (Mosques, Administration buildings, Hospitals, Schools, Banks and Malls…etc).Preparing shop drawings for plumbing , fire fighting and HVAC system.Review design and prepare RFI.Quantity Surveyor and percentage of completion of work progress for buildings. Preparing Invoices of the mechanical work at all projects for Client.Prepare reports for comparison between the client and the contractor invoices. Keeping track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
