A Community Manager is an expert on Social Networks and the person in charge of digital strategies. However, a Community Manager is more than just this. They are the professionals working within the Digital Marketing department and responsible for the management and development of a brand's online community.Community Manager operate, regulate, and engage with the company’s online community in order to build and increase brand awareness and loyalty.Responsibilities:• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.• Create leads sheet by collecting data from customers and organize it in this sheet.• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Meta business suit, Tiktok and other social platforms.• Create communications plans to provide direction for the brand social communications.• Implement the online community strategy to provide customer service and support to the community.• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.• Manage, schedule and publish content for the community to engage with, while encouraging them to contribute their own high quality submissions.• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.• Stay up to date with digital technology trends.• Provide feedback and insights gained from community monitoring to help evolve strategies.• Measure growth of the community, and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of new initiatives.
