Main Duties: • Maintain and review financial records • Responsible for preparing any required documents and submitting them to the quality assurance Center.• Responsible for Collecting the semester/annual fees from the newcomers & also the laser mastership for the post graduate students, Also responsible for collecting the International Implantology Program fees for DNT students.• Responsible for collecting the conferences fees regarding only DNT & PHR faculties & making a refund in case the conferences got canceled.• Receiving from the CIB bank Statement for all paid fees regarding the old students & entering the data to the system and into the excel sheet.• Responsible for preparing the (Calculation sheet/Spreadsheet) by the end of everyday for either payment or refund.• Helping the students through their final withdrawal and change of major process for all newcomers.• Responsible for collecting and refunding the fees for the students travelling abroad.• Responsible for preparing a daily statistical report through the admissions period for the newcomer’s count.• Responsible for revising the analytical income with the auditing office.• Make regular contact with the university students to ensure payment process is done.• Check invoices for inaccuracies .• Review both incoming and outgoing invoices .• Utilize database software to organize financial account information . • Keep accurate records and report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
