As a quality analyst at Amazon, I contributed to the improvement of the customer service performance and quality by auditing contacts, sending weekly reports, and providing coaching sessions. I applied my German C1 and translation skills, which I acquired from my bachelor's degree in language interpretation and translation from Ain Shams University, to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in the German OU. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in German language teacher education from Leipzig University, which aligns with my passion for learning new languages and cultures.
