Prepare invoices on the system according to PO& contract.• Follow up the collection of all receivable due from customers.Record all receivable whether it cash ,transfers or cheques to write-off customer balance.Prepare daily adjustment to customer AR balance.Providing relevant information to financial manager.Follow up AR over due.• Record sales transaction on journal entry.Provide monthly sales reports to tax accounting team &financial manager. Prepare & print tax invoices for customer &customer statement.Record petty cash of governorate on journal entry.Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts. Processing invoices and expense claims.Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders. Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.
