Handling the recruitment function starting from screening CVs till the candidate signs the contract.Screening CVsConducting interviews with candidatesCoordination & follow up throughout the second & third interview (for accepted candidates)Sending regret letters for unaccepted candidatesHandling all the required procedures after the candidate is accepted including Medical Check up – pre-employment tests (English & IQ Test).Preparing hiring documents to be signed by the candidate (Contract, Social insurance Form 1, medical insurance, life insurance)Employees Contract Renewal (yearly)Preparing monthly report for joiners and leavers.Conducting exit interviews.Preparing all necessary documents for resigning employees (Social Insurance Form 6, Form of Release, Experience Letters)Tracking the implementation of the recruitment planCoordinating the training functions within the subsidiaryPreparing the annual training plan according to the employees' performance appraisals.Coordinating with Raya Holding throughout the year to provide the training courses in the business planSending announcements for training coursesReceiving confirmations & required documents for attending training courses Handling performance appraisals coordination for all the subsidiary's employees (every January and July)Preparing salary raise letters.Updating the Organization Chart on monthly basis.Participating in Job Descriptions project.
