 Develops and keeps up to date all the Projects Quality Audit Schedule, and undertakes periodic audits of PWA Projects Integrated Management System, including project disciplines, suppliers, and subcontractors.  Conduct integrated audits on the supervision consultants and contractors. Prepare audit reports and review replies for findings closing out.  Participate in the review and editing of Qatar Construction Standard (QCS 2018) Review the process of the test results from all the approved laboratories to LDTS system to solve laborites technical problems.  Ensuring that all measuring and testing equipment under the control of the Quality Department is maintained in a good state of calibration.  Review project documents such as Project Quality Plan, Method Statements, ITPs KPIs, etc. Manage and update the NCRs log for all PWA projects. Help consultant and contractor to create sustainable knowledge and skills for Quality Management implementation. Modification and launching of the LDTS system and the new QA/QC questionnaire software. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, acceptance certificates and implementation procedures to verify compliance with specifications and standards, regulations

My responsibilities included: Establishing slandered operation system for auditing the QA\QC pavement consultant (ANAS). Review all the quality plans, reports, technical investigations reports submitted by the QA\QC pavement project.  Monitor and audit operations to assure that its quality systems are in compliance with PWA policies and procedures, and applicable domestic and local standards. Coordinate the supervision consultant evaluation procedure for all PWA projects and review the outcome reports.  Tracking the nonconformance reports to assure its effectiveness and results.

 Review report and status of development projects, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standard, methods, and procedure.  Oversee progress of business readiness targets, engagement activity, training design and deployment activities, key operational metrics and productivity measures in a timely manner. Develop prescribed project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects to ensure that reports are consistent and distributed in a timely manner Monitor reviews to key stakeholders on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques to ensure that quality standards are met. Lead the configuration of documentary items and documentation project files Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and ensures that D.M regulations and requirements are observed. Liaise with any project managements, sub contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
