I am a Process Executive in a US-based lending company, where we offer financial assistance to clients seeking funds for home improvements. The following tasks fall under my responsibility:- Assisting dealers in processing applications for a loan program.- Conducting cold calls to gather information, communicate application results, and verify details.- Answering inbound calls for inquiries, requests, and complaints.Additionally, I have experience working as a Customer Experience Agent in a US-based telecommunications company, where I handled the following tasks:- Billing and payment processing.- Order processing and tracking.- Basic troubleshooting to resolve product and service issues.- Answering inbound calls for inquiries, assistance, and complaints.Furthermore, in 2020, I began freelancing as a graphic designer and virtual assistant. While my initial art style didn't always align with client needs, I formed a team to better meet their requirements.
