Current• Manage written communication to parents in their native languages, including bilingual report cards and any other student evaluating materials; Conduct home visits if and when appropriate • Provide individualized and small group Secondary ESL instruction to English Language Learners (ELL) • Align content curriculum to state standards as well as support the ELL student's English language development • Collaborate and communicate with the school's instructional leadership team, instructional coaches and administration to ensure ELL students receive language support and other forms of academic assistance. • Assist with the delivery of the WIDA (World-class Instructional Design and Assessment)• Prepare for and assist with organization of ELL student's transition meetings for those ready to transition out of ELL services.
