I'm the Founder of Hello Generalist, where we help ambitious startups and small businesses hire proven operators for part-time and contract work — we're part fractional talent marketplace, part community, and part back-end infra to help companies and workers alike make flexible work the easy choice.Alongside HG's members, I'm building a portfolio career of my own. Outside of HG, I also work as Fractional Chief of Staff at Nory AI ($16M Series A by Accel), and am a coach to startup Ops Execs. Prior to this chapter, I was Chief of Staff for Yelp Restaurants' 200 person org, and before that, I built 7 teams at Chewse from seed funding through acquisition (B2B marketplace startup, raised $45M). Before I got into the tech world, I helped open (and close) a food truck, played with a wide range of arts and community-building projects, and spent a lot of time on farms, sail boats and tour buses — far from the standard path to tech! It all contributes to my love of helping others take risks to live their biggest, most creative lives.Outside of work, you'll find me on the water, obsessively cooking, and forcing baking projects on my neighbors.
