• Supervised 80 volunteer counselor-advocates who provide counseling services over the 24-hour LA Rape and Battering Hotline to survivors of sexual and domestic violence throughout LA County
• Coordinated and facilitated prevention and intervention services to students and staff at local colleges and universities
• Provided technical assistance and support to Department of Justice Grant on sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking education and direct services to consortium of 11 colleges, including the LA Community College.
• Participated as voting member of the LA Trafficking Task Force, working to create city-wide response and policy to address victims of human trafficking
• Conducted research and focus groups on best practices in response to domestic violence in the State of California, specifically looking at hospital, law enforcement, and advocacy first responders, and compiled.
