My core focus areas of specialization are company law, foundation law and securities law and I thus have extensive experience with national and cross border restructurings, including mergers and demergers, downstream and upstream share capital structures and issues, shareholder issues, establishment and dissolution of companies and foundations, as well as with all aspects of listed companies' compliance with securities law and corporate governance.As a member of the "Danish Lawyer's Expert Committee on Corporate Law" and of the "Danish Commerce and Companies Appeals Board" I have a key position in relation to the ongoing development of the rules and practices within company law. I advise Danish and foreign industrial and financial companies and have participated as a company law specialist in a number of ground-breaking capital market and M&A transactions in Denmark.Through my many years of advising a number of insurance and pension companies with restructurings, mergers and transfers of insurance portfolios, I have also gained in-depth knowledge of regulatory processes in connection with extensive organizational changes in the insurance and pension industry.With my commercial and practical approach, I ensure that my client achieves its goals in the best and most efficient way possible and with a result that matches my client's needs and wishes. In my advice, I focuse in particular on value-creating results, quality and not least, the personal relationship and close dialogue with my clients.During my employment with Plesner, I have been involved in the startup of Plesner's award-winning school project, for which I have been facilitator, role model and coordinator for ten years. The school project aims to help challenged primary school students in the last three years of their schooling so that they are inspired and supported to continue their education.

I also advise on foundations law.In recent years, I have assisted both Danish and foreign insurance and pension companies in connection with restructurings, mergers and transfers of insurance portfolios, and through such work I have acquired great knowledge of the regulatory procedures relating to major organisational changes in the insurance and pension business.
