Mechanical Integrity – PSM Experience• Extensive experience working within the PCMS database (equipment schedules, event configurations, TML calculations, IWR to SAP processing, data-logger interface, standard & advanced report writer, import/export .dbf functionality).• Capable of managing new and existing thickness data for maximum accuracy, performing t-min calculations and ensuring all equipment is inspected within the required intervals. • Strong understanding of the "MOC" process: Electronically creating repair/replacement recommendations, ensuring they are properly planned, inspecting repairs/replacements during outages and documenting following-up inspection data to ensure the "MOC" loop is completed.• Strong understanding of P&IDs/PFDs.• Capable of interpreting pressure vessel & process piping code data forms, design drawings and referencing the code of construction.• Extensive experience working with on-stream inspection programs, as defined in API 510/570/574 (ie: dead-legs, injection/mix points, soil to air interfaces, class 1/2/3 CML placement, thickness data gathering, external inspections, corrosion rate evaluation, etc).• Capable of performing and supervising the field-drafting of pressure vessels/process piping to establish in-house packages detailing current and historical inspection records.• Capable of performing API 510/570 internal/external inspections, following repairs and issuing detailed final reports, in the format desired by the client.• Extensive experience reviewing inspection intervals for fixed equipment, process piping, tanks and relief valves, and to ensure equipment is within compliance.Specialties: - API 510 Certification ID: 32959- API 570 Certification ID: 38654- Microsoft Word/Excel/Access/Power Point- PCMS - Auto CAD 2008 (PAL-link)- SAP Interface 6/7- Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat & Dreamweaver
