I actively collected heart rate variability and sleep data using wearable sensors for a comprehensive clinical intervention study. My expertise in data analysis came to the forefront as I adeptly analyzed complex diffusion tensor MRI, cognitive, and behavioral data, employing tools such as R, MATLAB, FSL, BASH, and MRtrix. Additionally, I delved into cardiovascular analysis, utilizing Kubios to interpret ECG and PPG data, which provided valuable insights into the physiological aspects of my research. Beyond analysis, my proficiency in machine learning techniques enabled me to uncover hidden patterns within the data.
