I am Shaishav, the founder of Vedang Polyflex LLP, a company that provides logistics (sustainable packaging materials) solutions to e-commerce businesses like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & more.I started my journey with 1 manufacturing machine and now we’ve expanded to 10+ machines with 75+ macro clients across Pan India.We all have a story that brings more value to the present we are living and here’s mine:I was an average student, and higher education abroad seemed out of reach for me. However, through determination and hard work, I successfully completed my master’s degree at one of the top universities in the U.K.Instead of following the typical internship route, I chose entrepreneurship from day one.- I started a coal-supplying business at the age of 22, handling all operations from scratch- Quickly scaled from a 350-ton order to a remarkable 10,000-ton order within 6 months- After exiting the coal business, I ventured into manufacturing courier bags for e-commerce giants.Today, my company ensures a trusted delivery of:- Packaging material to e-commerce, brands, banks, and universities.- Crucial documents (cheques, pharmacy products, exam papers, legal files) to banks, educational institutes and other big organisationsMy journey demonstrates that success isn’t always a straight path. By thinking strategically, persevering, and creating your own unique path, incredible achievements become possible.As an introvert, socializing isn’t second nature to me. I set aside time in my calendar to simply relax and enjoy my own company.
