I was in my graduation when appered the off campus entrance for cognizant and the exam wasn't so good but luck was with me that I got sort-listed. And then started the next round that was a shock since we were aware that there will be GD round.Each group of 15 members were made and from the group i was there only two people got selected for next round that was a proud moment that among 2 sortlist you are the one and this way other rounds got cleared as well. My first interview experience became a beautiful memory for me then the onboarding was done and we were given 1 month training and then placed into the project. Now being 1 year in cognizant my designation change from Graduate Trainee to System Executive and am really happy to know that finally am in the IT world which was my dream wish. So that's all but i would like to add only one think from my experience i.e "Be honest to your primary work and wait for the success to reach your doorsteps".
