1.Ensuring Recruitment and selection of personnel and maintaining applicants' data bank, sourcing candidates based on job description and job specification.2.Recruitment for all levels of management in the field of Engineering, Construction, infrastructure and Oil & Gas projects. 3.Coordinating & Organizing interviews for senior as well as junior categories.4.Assisting Visa, Immigration and Ticketing department for the candidates Visa endorsement and Mobilization.5.Handling a group of companies and looking after all the recruitment activities from start of the project.8.Raise Invoices as soon as the candidate joins the organization.9.Meeting the candidates, interacting & screening them as per the client requirement.10.All Administration miscellaneous Activities. 11.Daily correspondence with the client regarding their recruitment, selection, Medical, Visa and other formalities.12.Providing In house-Training to new recruit.
