I have been blessed to be in the field of education throughout my career. My first experience of teaching was with Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri. Where I taught Basic electrical engineering and Instrumentation & Measurements in the department of Electrical Engineering.After completing my Masters in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, I continued my journey as Assistant Professor where I taught Mtech students , subjects related to renewable energy, in the department of Energy Systems at SMVDU. The world changed overnight and the meaning of education was redefined. While the world went digital, I realised that one great mentor can influence digital learners across the world. I started my first Edtech Stint with Analogica, helping the team to create the platform for taking advanced courses online. 6 months later Certisured.com was created where I took up the responsibility of creating and managing the Digital events related to learning. Now I use my experience of Digital Marketing , Business development and professorship to guide young minds to find the right field which can bring out their best.I also study gamification of education because the GenZ student today has an attention span 80% less than what it used to be . To cater to the adventerous mind of the young learner, educators will have to come up with unique ways of educating. A gamefied learning experience is the future and I am enjoying learning everything about it.Art is My Creed. And everywhere there is art, I find myself participating wholesomely.
