-Preparation of Bank and Cash reconciliation statements.-Daily Cash report submission of the various Point of Sale to the General Manager and its daily follow-up of cash collection and deposit JV posting.-Creating and maintaining relevant financial records.-Monitoring & reporting of daily cash inflows and outflows.-Accounting of Supplier invoices and releasing payments on due basis.-Maintaining Petty Cash book and Posting Entries of H.O. Close Monitoring of branch’s monthly petty cash utilization & transaction approvals.-Receipt and Payment transaction process.-Safe custody and handling of Post Dated Cheques.-Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors.-Preparation of various statements and reports as required by the management and clients.-Assisting in finalization of accounts at the quarter and year ends.-Reporting to the Finance Manager for all Accounting Functions.-Premium collection allocation and settlement of PPW’s & Treaty’s to Reinsurers.-Reconciliation of Debtors, Insurance company’s accounts and follow-up of payments.-Preparation of Medical Policy Fine Payments to Health Authority, Abu Dhabi on monthly basis.-Preparation of Commission for various Brokers and Producers.-Customer service and providing needful support to the departments and branches.-Basic administrative works / Follow up of management decision.-Monitoring & settlement of Etisalat Telephone Bill Due Payments, Regular correspondence with the Etisalat Account Managers for inquiries, new service requests and for problem solving of Head Office and Branches.

-Supervising the accounts division, maintaining & control means upon company's assets, liabilities, revenues and expenditure.-Analyzes and reconciles expenditure, revenue, payable, receivable accounts periodically.-Prepares audit schedules for external auditors and acts as a liaison between the company and auditors.-Responsible for preparing cash, bank and journal vouchers, their corresponding postings.-Posting all month end provisions entry eg. Leave salary, Gratuity, Depreciation.-To manage monthly general ledger posting and passing necessary journal entries to make system more accountable.-Correspondence with Banks, vendors and other business partners.-Ensure that the company’ accounting records are prepared and updated accurately and in a timely manner at all times.-Supervising the accounts receivable functions for more than 300 customers.-Finalization of accounts and preparation of Trial Balance, P&L account, Balance sheet and Net worth Statement monthly & year end.

-Dealing and liaising with suppliers relating to payable A/c.-Reconciliation of payable account & Documentation.-Preparing Cash payment projection for payables.-Preparing monthly Suppliers Analytical Reports.-Dealing with Sister Concern and Account reconciliation

 Finalization of accounts and preparation of Trial Balance, P&L account and Balance sheet with auditor’s suggestions. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement for every month. Time to time attending of work deputed by Manager Administration.
