•I have participated in all project life-cycle of new CRM and Billing systems from preparing the RFP of Billing section, selecting Billing product that will fulfil STC requirements , selecting SI for implementing the project and partially participated as backend to assessment phase of the project. •Addressing ,Analyse and investigation of the Billing Business issues. •Implementation of new telecom services in ICMS.•Coordinating ICMS/Interface issues.•Report and comment on RFPs.•Preparing External Specifications Documents (ESD) that required for Software Developing.•Representing the CCBS in Technical Committee for introduction new telecom services.•I have been contributed in the potential project management section, reviewing documents and input billing issues regarding Regulatory issued by CITC.•Actively participated/Participating in Interconnect Billing System RFP
