•Working as an Insurance Analyst to support the establishment, management and maintenance wide insurance and risk mitigation programme to ensure that the company remains compliant with all external legislative and regulatory matters relating to insurance. • Lead on group-wide large projects and operational insurance requirements including location site visits and coordination of insurance parties on site to support effective and strategic risk transfer strategy decision making by senior management. • Proactively support the full claims management cycle including co-ordination with facility management team and accurate communication with insurance parties and internal customers. • Advise and provide guidance to Senior management on technical aspects of insurance coverage and policy so that they have appropriate knowledge and understanding of RAKP’s Insurance obligations. • Contribute to discussions on new business activities/opportunity assessment, providing insurance expertise and advice ensuring regulatory and operational requirements can be met, including the creation and approval of accurate and timely policy documents, premium invoicing etc.• Preparation of tender and related documentation for insurance party services and policies Support fully any insurance requirement of stake holders. • Co-ordinate with Loss Adjusters to discuss about technical survey reports and claim settlement.• Reviewing all project related policies whether the policies are complying with the LOA and discuss with site engineers about the coverage, clauses, if required contacting consultants or contractors for the amendments
