Job ProfileManaging Sales team, develop sales strategies, setting required sales target for the sales team, motivate & guide the team for achievement of targetsDevelop, generate & maintain new business and increase revenue through corporate clientsRegular business meetings and follow-ups with potential clients, Identify and explore latent market potentials and maximize profitability.Provide marketing reports and market intelligence to the Management highlighting business performance, competition informations and recommendations for increasing revenuePeriodic performance review of the team and self against set revenue/profit targets and KPIProject quotations, negotiating rates/ services and finalizing potential business deals / logistics contractsRate/service negotiation with shipping lines/air lines/transporters/local & overseas offices/agentsMaintain excellent rapport with existing clients, top officials of shipping lines, Airlines, vendors, principles, port & customs Authorities.Manage sales/customer service /operations team to ensure timely completion of contractual obligations with the customers and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all levels of operationsHandling Sea, Air, land, project, Heavy lift,Ro Ro OOG cargosCredit control and handle payment issues
