Develops and executes engagement activities with faith communities as part of an effort to end domestic violence in Alberta: • Work closely with the Executive Director (ED) and other internal stakeholders to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with faith communities within Alberta• Develop and activate initiatives to inspire vision and interest in cultivating abuse free faith communities.• Coordinate and prioritize meetings and workshops.• Help develop external partnerships and foster relationships with local and provincial faith communities.• Identify, cultivate, and solicit members to establish a circle of champions • Collaborate with a consultant to develop strong strategy to inform change• Develop and lead engagement events and facilitate within a multi-faith context• Represent Radiance to external stakeholders as well as at various faith events.• Monitor external environment including religious landscape, political and economic outlook, sector and industry trends, for strategic adjustments and engage organizational leadership appropriately.• Excellent, mature judgement and capacity to work collaboratively with others in a team setting, focusing on a culture of collaboration, teamwork, respect, and excellence.• Provide integral leadership by showcasing care, collaboration, innovation, empathy, and courage for employees and instilling those values throughout the organization.

As a Board member, I work collaboratively with other members to oversee the overall policy decisions of ACGC with a bearing on the following: • Recruit, supervise, retain, evaluate, and compensate the Executive Director.• Provide direction for the organization. • Establish a policy-based governance system. • Govern the organization and the relationship with the Executive Director. • Protect the organisation’s assets. • Monitor and control function.

Steer the operations of this not-for-profit organization with the believe that religion and culture can play an important role in peace-making and conflict prevention and resolution. Guide organizational direction, strategic initiatives, administrative policy, and programming. Mobilize resources, fundraise, develop global marketing plans, and drive community engagement. • Guide programming to align with Strategic Plan (SP) priorities including program planning, project design, and communications with staff including interns and volunteers. • In coordination with the Country Teams (Burkina Faso, Canada, and Sierra Leone), actively leads design and implement fundraising strategies, incorporating donor mapping and communication plans.• Actively, systematically, and regularly connect with various partners around the globe.• Support the Country Teams in achieving their commitments to expand local partnerships.

Initiates, develops, and leads fundraising and associated communication strategies for L’Arche Edmonton in accordance with the Vision and Mission of L’Arche, government regulations, CET standards, and L’Arche Edmonton Policies and Guidelines. I also coordinate the grant writing and annual appeal portfolios for L’Arche Edmonton. Facilitate and support the research and identification of funding opportunities on behalf of AAISA, as appropriate. More specifically, I oversee the implementation and execution of the Ukrainian Support program – providing support to Ukrainian evacuees who have chosen Alberta as their new home. • Develop, prepare, and publish the call for proposals for the Ukrainian Settlement Support Grant.• Prepare and compile all components of each grant submission, ensuring that the proposal is formatted, packaged, and submitted in accordance with granting agency requirements.• Prepares all relevant grants and funding materials including but not limited to narratives describing program activities, and concept papers.• Maintain a database for recording and tracking about 25 grant applications for the Ukrainian Settlement Support Grant.
