I am responsible for all front desk duties such as, but not limited to:- Checking guests into and out of the hotel; Ensures that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and that guest privacy is maintained- Efficiently handling all payments received; Balances/verifies all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts- Offers guests assistance whenever possible; Responsible for resolving escalated customer relations issues- Occasional Night Audit duties including balancing accounts, ensuring payment is received, and writing financial reports.Above all, my duty is to provide world-class hospitality service to all guests not only to represent myself correctly, but to further the company brand.

I was an Assistant Instructor for the Leaders In Training section of Camp U of T for 2015 (May to August) and 2014 (May to August). The Leaders in Training are children aged 11-15 who come and learn leadership skills in a classroom environment and then play games to reinforce the lessons learned. The older half (ages 13-15) would be sent out to other camps with younger children to put what they had learned into practice.

I was part of a team that worked to promote events and activities surrounding the University of Toronto Varsity Blues athletics program. I appeared in the University of Toronto's Athlete Ally promotional video.
