BIOShaka is a global fitness expert and retired martial artist. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, he pivoted to martial arts and earned his Master's Degree in Taekwondo from Yong-In University in South Korea in 2015. Shortly after graduating, he placed second at the 2015 AAU Taekwondo National Championships. Following his retirement from competitive fighting, Shaka transitioned to coaching Taekwondo, where he discovered his passion for helping people. To broaden his scope outside martial arts, he became a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer. After years of dedicating his expertise to various fitness organizations, Shaka co-founded Anthos Training Clubs. An operations specialist, he has graduated from numerous MBA-level accelerators, including Goldman Sachs 10KSB, the Polsky Center at the University of Chicago's SBGP, and Chicago Urban League's Next One Program.ANTHOSAnthos Training Clubs is an award-winning fitness organization located in Hyde Park, Chicago, recognized as the best gym in Chicago by the Chicago Reader.
