Current• Led surface well operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy in data collection and analysis.• Supervised in Well-site testing production and exploration of wells and unloading/ clean-up of wells for production optimization.• Operated and maintained state-of-the-art data acquisition systems to monitor and control well testing processes (FEKETE Software).• Implemented QHSE or safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.• Execute client meetings and pre-site visits for job implementation to analyze well parameters and create a plan for well testing package.• Collaborated with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimize well testing procedures for maximum productivity.• Operated Surface well testing equipment and conjunction with the Slick line, Wireline, Coil Tubing, and Stimulation (Acid stimulation and Nitrogen pumping) jobs in Rigs, Barges, Test vessels, Islands offshore, and onshore.• Providing reports and recommendations based on test results and Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during testing operations.• Knowledge and maintenance of the reinjection pumps, transfer pumps, separators, ESD valves, Choke manifolds, Eruption Manifolds, Surge Tanks, Chemical injection pumps, and Control valves.• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with testing equipment during operations.• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety (QHSE) measures to mitigate potential hazards.• Conducted routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent any potential breakdowns.• Handled Permit to work (PTW) documents, Job timesheets, Equipment’s certifications and Maintenance documents, Checklists, TBT etc.
