• Review of tender documents to understand the scope of work, client' specifications, etc., and prepare a technical offer, technical clarifications, and a list of deviations when required.• Prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for all HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related works prior to execution.• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations for all HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection works of the project as per specifications and the BOQ.• Monitoring the hydrostatic testing of chilled water piping, drainage and water supply piping, and fire fighting piping; managing and participating with a third party during the testing and commissioning of water supply pumps, fire fighting pumps, chilled water pumps, and chillers• Preparation of a deliverable list and schedule, a man-hour estimate, resource requirements, and a progress report.• Ensure all safety measures are taken care of during site execution.• Project timeline scheduling as per the end user requirement to meet the customer deadline.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day to day operations for all HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection works of the project as per specifications and BOQ.• Prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools etc. required for all HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and related works prior to execution.• Monitoring assembly and field inspection of Plumbing, Fire protection and HVAC rotating equipment. Providing verification and interpretation of construction plans and technical supervision of installations.• To supervise the foremen and labours working on site including subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per schedule and according to the standard norms.• Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and methods of installation approved for the project.• Monitoring the hydrostatic testing of chilled water system, drainage and water supply systems and Fire fighting systems, manage and participating with third party during Testing and commissioning of water supply and Fire fighting pumps.

Providing verification and interpretation of construction plans and technical supervision of installations.• Supervise the foremen and labours working on site, including subcontractors, to ensure work are completed as per schedule and according to the standard norms.• Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and methods of installation approved for the project.• Monitoring the hydrostatic testing of chilled water systems, drainage and water supply systems, and fire fighting systems; managing and participating with a third party during testing and commissioning of water supply and fire fighting pumps.

• The implementations and monitoring of all HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings, methods and safety rules.• Supervision of ducting, piping and all Mechanical related works installation. Monitoring assembly and field inspection of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire protection and HVAC rotating equipments. Providing verification and interpretation of construction plans and technical supervision of installations.• To submit site daily, weekly & monthly reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and methods of installation approved for the project.• To prepare monthly production report for all the activities on sites including check lists ensuring work is completed as per company standards, policies and procedures.• Attend regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress.

• Establish and set up the site, including the construction of a store, arranging power supply from a client/external diesel generator as may be applicable.• Estimate the material requirements at the site as per the drawings and maintain a proper report for received material.• Study and review the BOQ, shop drawings and technical submittals, and follow-up for execution.• Monitoring and supervising the erection, fabrication, and installation of piping, fire pumps, sprinklers, hose reels, and fire hydrants. Handling hydrostatic testing activities involved in pipe work and Fire pumps.• Verifies that the materials, machinery, equipment, etc. supplied to the job site are in line with the project, specification, and granted approvals.• Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an agreed schedule of deadlines.• To attend regular meetings with clients and consultants and keep them informed of progress.• Assist and provide necessary data/information required by the project manager for the preparation of reports (including labour and supervision, equipment, status, site progress, amendments, delays, etc.) for submission to the client.

• Estimate the material requirements at the site as per the drawings and maintain a proper report for received material.• Study and review the BOQ, shop drawings and technical submittals, and follow-up for execution.• Monitoring and supervising the erection, fabrication, and installation of piping, fire pumps, sprinklers, hose reels, and fire hydrants. Handling hydrostatic testing activities involved in pipe work and Fire pumps.• Verifies that the materials, machinery, equipment, etc. supplied to the job site are in line with the project, specification, and granted approvals.• Prepare the measurement book (MB) and calculate R.A. bills and submit invoices for payment.
