The operational cost reduction of 43 % achieved Head of COE – COE (Centre of Excellence): It’s a cross-functional multilateral BPO center of excellence to provide overall leadership within the bank in terms of strategic planning, development of corporate business roadmap aligned with IT capabilities. COE as a governing body defines business process Re – engineering and system flow controls.

 Managed the Enterprise upgrade program of the Core Banking System - Bank Fusion Equation, Bank Fusion Teller and eOpics - Treasury, Trade Portal and Credit Portal and Messaging Manager in the largest local bank.

 Headed 68 members team of System Infrastructure, System Architects, Database & System Administrators, Data Centre Operations and IT service desk.  Achieved Transformation upgrade of Temenos T24 (Core Banking System) Orchestrated and Operated the Enterprise IT Infrastructure strategies, Introduced Industry standard process to prevent business impacting outages by the concept of 24x7 service delivery.

 Planned & Executed HBL Business Strategic Projects aligned with IT roadmaps contributing to the development and refinement of new Business products, migration paths and corporate time to market with operational cost reduction of 30 %.  Global Project Manager of the HBL Internet Banking Portal – HBLibank.com .The HBL Internet Banking project of 1.1 Million Dollars was implemented in 10 months limited time

• Directed IT Infrastructure Support team of 82 IT staff, provided iniquity free system support to the 2500 users spread across 60 SCB branches.• Chaired as Regional Project Manager of the IT Infrastructure Refresh Project. The multi-site IT Infrastructure upgrade within Group Corporate standards. • Country Disaster Recovery Manager.
