• Successfully mobilized, trained community leaders and formed “Community Development Councils” (CDC) in 165 villages with woman, youth and other sub-committees to encourage Community Driven Development (CDD) in governance.• Completed 149 out of 165 total community driven schemes through CDCs while ensuring financial propriety through effective regulation. • Executed 26 good-will schemes that included rehabilitation, reconstruction, and solarization of education and health facilities with a special focus on girls’ education and female access to healthcare. • Achieved 80 percent utilization of the total 15 million USD grant money while achieving all the Distribution Linked Indicators (DLIs) agreed with the World Bank.• Led a delegation of the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and World Bank Pakistan to Kyrgyz Republic for knowledge sharing on Community Driven Development in the context of CASA-1000 project.

• Led the Post-Flood rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts in Kohistan Lower District after the floods of August 2022. Coordinated and ensured transparent delivery of relief goods received from International Development Organizations (United Nations, Asian Development Bank etc.) and the federal and provincial governments to the affected valleys of the district. • Designed a GIS based system for house damage assessment for the province that saved billion in revenues through greater transparency and enhanced oversight.• Led the planning and development on projects worth 500 million in the district as Chairman District Development Committee. • Conducted local government elections 2022 in Kohistan Lower as District Returning Officer. • Coordination between all the line departments, administrative and financial oversight as the Principal Accounting Officer.

• Team lead on the Chief Minister’s Delivery Unit (CMDU). The CMDU worked as the nerve center of the provincial government from 2019-2022 for sustainable development of Newly Merged Districts (NMDs)• Team lead for coordination between field formations i.e. District Administration of 7 NMDs, the Armed Forces of Pakistan, the Provincial and the Federal government for post conflict development.• Design and Implementation of an online portal for Monitoring & Evaluation of all Mega Projects of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.• Designed a Restructuring Plan for Line Department Hierachies in NMDs which was approved and implemented by the Cabinet

• Compiled and consolidated local laws on solar energy for State Legislature• Designed NCSEA’s legal strategy on Net Metering Policy and devised a promotion policy for Voluntary Renewable Energy Certificates Program.• Pursued North Carolina Utilities Commission’s proceedings on behalf of the NCSEA in various important dockets.

• Computerized Land Record for Tehsil Islamkot and acquired land for the $3 billion Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) utilizing excel to document and consolidate critical land records. • Implemented a “clean village” mobile app to monitor and evaluate village-wise solid waste management in Tehsil Hazro. • Adjudicated more than 400 long-standing land disputes in two tehsils as Appellate Authority for Land Disputes and Land Revenue Collection. • Led all line departments in three different tehsils i.e. Islamkot, Hazro and Renala Khurd to implement provincial government policies in the health, education and development sector.

• Designed and implemented a science curriculum for grade 6, 7 and 8 students in a government school while utilizing Teaching as Leadership model to inspire students. • Introduced a student file system to overcome time constraints and to speed up student learning.• Oversaw Design for Change Global Initiative for eradication of dengue fever impacting more than 500 households.
